The Clay County Household Hazardous Waste Facility will be open during Cleanup Week on:

• Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday from noon to 6 p.m.

The facility accepts paint, cleaners, adhesives, pesticides, motor oil, oil filters and other items. The facility is open April through October on Monday (8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m), Wednesday (noon to 6 p.m.), and the first and third Saturdays of the month (8 a.m. to noon.). The HHW facility is located at 2729 Highway 10 East, Moorhead. In addition to its normal operating hours, the Clay County Landfill will be open on Saturday, May 8 of Cleanup Week from 8 a.m. until noon to accept waste from Clay County residents for a fee. The landfill’s normal operating hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and every first and third Saturday of the month from 8 a.m. until noon.
